This is an educational group for parents of children ages 4-12 experiencing big emotions like anxiety and can be appropriately used to treat OCD. This curriculum helps parents learn about anxiety and make positive changes in response to the child’s symptoms.
Over 12 meetings we’ll go over a step by step process to improve your relationship with your child and your child’s big emotions!
Group is $60/session private pay and meetings are online.
I-CBT Book club
Meetings are free to attend and online.
It is open to clinicians nation-wide interested in reading and discussing the clinician’s handbook and the inference-based model. Group will meet November 2024 - May 2025.
